Pet Policy

Pet & Animal Policies
Boothill Properties understands that pets are family members too. We do allow pets at select properties with proper approval and adherence to our pet policies.
Pet Approval Process

Pre-Approval Required: All pets must be approved by management before bringing them to the property

Documentation: Current veterinary records may be requested, including proof of flea and tick treatment

Property Restrictions: Please note that not all properties are approved for pets

Visitation: Even temporary pet visitors require prior approval
Pet Fees & Deposits

Pet Deposit: $150 non-refundable deposit per pet
-
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per month per pet

Additional Costs: Tenant is responsible for any and all damages caused by pets
Restricted Breeds
For insurance and safety reasons, the following dog breeds are not permitted at any Boothill Properties:

Pit Bull / American Pit Bull Terrier

German Shepherd
-
Doberman Pinscher
-
Rottweiler
-
Mastiff (all varieties)
-
Chow Chow
-
Presa Canario
-
Akita
-
Wolf hybrids
-
Wolf
-
Any mixed breed containing the above
Additional Pet Guidelines

All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the rental unit

Tenants are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste

Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted

Management reserves the right to revoke pet privileges for policy violations
Service & Emotional Support Animals
Boothill Properties complies with all Fair Housing laws regarding service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs):

Service and support animals are not considered "pets" under our policy

Breed restrictions and pet fees do not apply to properly documented service or support animals

Proper documentation from a licensed healthcare provider is required for emotional support animals
-
Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities who require assistance animals
-
Tenants remain responsible for the behavior, care, and any damage caused by their assistance animals
