Step 1: Complete the Application

Step 2: Submit Required Documentation

Please provide a copy of your driver's license or state ID and proof of income (most recent paystub) through one of these methods:

Step 3: Pay the Application Fee

The $25 application fee can be paid via cash in person at the Diamond Plumbing office.

Step 4: Schedule Your Viewing

Once your application and fee are received, our team will contact you to arrange a viewing of the property.

Important Notes:

Application fees are non-refundable and submission of an application does not guarantee a viewing.
If you prefer a paper application, you can pick up a hard copy at the Diamond Plumbing office. There is a box outside the door with applications available 24/7.
